Lab Policies and Turn-Around Schedule

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU:

At DEN-TECH DENTAL LABORATORY, every order receives our conditional guarantee to be of the finest quality, made to the specifications you have provided in writing on our RX form, and to fit your working model. 

Remake Policy:
When a Dentist requests remanufacture of a product, the dentist agrees to resubmit ALL original goods including but not limited to: original impressions, models, and restorations. DEN-TECH must have the original goods to assess possible restoration replacement or repair cost to the dentist and to determine if the original product is repairable or if it is necessary to remanufacture. Failure to reasonably notify and return products within 15 business days after receipt of product to DEN-TECH shall constitute acceptance.

Conditional Warranty Details:
All warranties are conditional. Patient must receive regular dental recall checkups from the original  practicing dentist that seated restorations, as well as meet all post-care recommendations prescribed, including but not limited to, mandatory night guard compliance. Any damage due to trauma is excluded from warranty.   Additional  restorative  procedures,  including but not limited to endodontic or orthodontic treatment,  addition of a partial denture, loss of or failure of teeth, may void  warranty. DEN-TECH Dental Laboratory is not responsible for changes regarding teeth that receive restorations, including but not limited to, cases of loss and/or fracturing of abutment teeth prior to, during, or after cementation. This warranty does not apply to any cases and/or restorations that have been notified as having contra-indications by DEN-TECH Dental Laboratory. All warranties will be remedied by remake of original class of  restorations after DEN-TECH evaluation. Credits on accounts are not included in this warranty. 

WHAT IS COVERED:

FIXED: 5 YEARS | VENEERS: 2 YEARS.
As long as all instructions on invoice are followed & Restoration or prep is not changed or damaged in any way. 

For Veneers: If fractures occur during the cementation application, DEN-TECH Dental Laboratory will remake the restoration at 50% of the original service fee, plus shipping and any other incidentals, such as soft-tissue models, etc. 

Dentures, Chrome Partial Dentures, Night Guards: 6 MONTHS | Stayplates: 60 days
As long as all instructions are followed on the invoice. Appliance is not changed or damaged in any way.

Implant Abutments, Implant Restorations: 5 year conditional warranty.

Hybrid Denture: 3 Year conditional warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:  
All warranties are void if a case comes back for a remake but Den-Tech previously contacted the doctor or assistant about a contra-indication issue and was instructed to proceed.
